DaVita is seeking a Nurse for our Springfield clinic who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

No previous experience required - Paid Dialysis Training provided!

If you are someone who loves patient-centered health care with real relationships inside a company that encourages fun on and off the clock, then DaVita is a place for you! Our local team is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center.

What does the RN role entail?

• Rotating Schedule of 3-4 day work weeks
• Clinic is open form 5:30am to 7:00 pm
• Average hours range from 8-10 hours a day
• Oversee a group of dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 3 fully trained PCTs
• Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like?

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Pending NCLEX
• Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Ohio
• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
